Name-i hümayun to Venedik doju and begs. The previous kadı of Edirne, mevlana (the title for kadıs) Ali recorded kefere taifesi and registered them to hazine defteri. But he also recorded bailos, and elcis of Ingiltere, Fransa, and ……. petitioned that according to the ahdname given during the time of Süleyman han, people who came for trade to memalik-i mahruse from the mentioned eyalets and their reaya and translators should not have to give haraj. All the names of elcis, bailos, translators, bazirgans, and reaya should be omitted from the hazine defter. (the decree is crossed!)
