Order sent to the sancakbeys of İskenderiye and Karlıili and kadıs, kethüdas, janissary commanders, ayans and other officials in these sancaks upon the request of the bailo regarding the corsair activities originating from Ülgün and Ayamavra. People from these districts build boats and engage in corsair activites on the Venetian lands and subjects. The Ottoman officials are ordered to summon everyone owning boats. Those who use boats for trade should be given a hüccet after they show guarantors. These guarantors are to be reported to the Porte with their names and descriptions. Boats of the other ones who are engaged in corsairs activitiesare to be destroyed.
