Mektub sent by the sekbanbaşı to the yasakçı of Kumburgaz (Burgaz) regarding his ill-treatment of the bailo's men who were passing by. He apparently imprisoned them too. The sekbanbaşı says, "Are you not afraid of your head (leader)? " The yasakçı is asked to free the bailo's men as soon as he receives this letter. Otherwise he will be punished.
