It is reported that the defterdar of Haleb treasury has been demanding fees that is more than what is written in the ahdname by claiming that he holds a decree for this. And he has been taking the goods of the Venetian merchants to his home instead of keeping them in the customs house. The beylerbeyi, kadı and defterdar are ordered to stop this and only demand what is written in the ahdname. They are also ordered to report people who disobey this order to the Porte.
