Order sent to the sancakbey and kadı of Kilis upon the bailo's request regarding some Ottoman subjects (named above) who killed a Venetian noble ( beyzade --son of a bey) residing in a village attached to the fortress of Şi b enik that belonged to Venice in accordance with the ahdname. Apart from this, they oppressed the Venetian subjects and acted against the ahdname. The sancakbey and kadı are ordered to investigate and punish those responsible for killing of a Venetian noble. They are also ordered to deport those Ottoman subjects (named above ) and never allow them settle near the border again if what has been reported is true.
