Order sent to the beylerbeyi of Cezayir, beys and sancakbey that are by and on the sea, kadıs by the sea and emins of harbours upon the bailo's request regarding the procurement of provisions by the Venetians. As per agreements, the Venetians are allowed to purhase limited amount of provisions due to the situation in Venice. Three captains (İstefano, Cenatin, Gorgi) will carry the provisions allowed to be purchased. All of the Ottoman officials are ordered not to stop, interfere or harm Venetian ships carrying those provisions if they approach any Ottoman harbour.
