As per agreements, the Venetians are allowed to purhase limited amount of provisions due to the situation in Venice. Three captains (İstefano, Cenatin, Gorgi) will carry the provisions allowed to be purchased. All of the Ottoman officials are ordered not to stop, interfere or harm Venetian ships carrying those provisions if they approach any Ottoman harbour.
