The Venetian bailo declared that there were some people filing court cases against Venetian begs, consulates, tradesmen, and translators, and holding them responsible for third parties debts with false witnesses. These plaintiffs do not have a certificate to hold goods worth more that 5000 akce and are not registered in the capital. Therefore do not accept to listen their cases. On the other hand, if the Venetian sue these people to follow up. They have every right to do so.
