The bailo requested in line with the ahdname that any case involving Venetian merchants be seen when the Venetian consul or dragoman is able to attend the court. Without dragoman, a case should not proceed. The Ottoman officials are ordered to fulfill this requirement. However, the dragoman should also attend the court as soon as possbile without delays.
