It has been reported that the voivoda of Gelibolu demanded money for the wine that is owned by the dragoman and his men. However, according to the ahdname, the consul and his men are allowed to have wine for their personal use. The Ottoman officials are ordered to return this money and never allow anyone to oppress the Venetians.
