Order sent to the beylerbeyi and kadı of Haleb upon the request of the bailo regarding the monies lended to an Armenian merchant and the port emin of İskenderun by the Venetian consul in the area. It has been reported that these two were reluctant to pay their debts. The Ottoman officials are ordered to collect these monies for the consul. If they cannot pay, the beylerbeyi and kadı will collect them from the creditors and if not, they will deduct the amount from the customs fees of the Venetian merchants.
