Order sent to the former Grandvizier Mehmed Paşa who is currently the beylerbey of Budin and defterdar of Budin upon the request of the bailo regarding the death of a Venetian merchant in Belgrad. The emin of beytülmal in Belgrad confiscated the belongings of the merchant claiming that he did not have any inheritors. However, his inheritor came from Venice to claim the merchant's belongings. Now the beylerbeyi is ordered to investigate the case and act according to the ahdname. He is to return the belongings to the rightful inheritor.
