He attacked Venetian belongings and Nuh Paşa who is the mutasarrıf of Hersek was ordered to capture him. However, when Nuh Paşa's men arrived in the area, Gokan escaped and joined the Albanian bandits. It has been reported that he and his men have contacts and relations with people from Karacadağ. The Ottoman officials are ordered to capture them and punish them accordingly.
