Order sent to the mutasarrıf of Kilis and beylerbeyi of Bosna upon the request of the bailo regarding the construction of new building along the border. In accordance with thr ahdname, no one is allowed to build fortress-like buildings along the Ottoman-Venetian border. However, recently two Ottoman subjects have been reported to have been building fortress-like structures in the border area. The Ottoman officials are ordered to stop them and destroy any buildings that have been constructed after the ahdname date.
