As Spain is an enemy of the Porte and Venice is an ally, the Porte has been supporting the Venetian beys. The Venetians reported that their army needed wheat. The Ottoman officials in Eğriboz are ordered to prpvide the Venetians who will arrive with orders from the Porte with certain amount of wheat produced on the island.
