Given to the Venetians with regard to the battle between the Venetian admiral of Crete and Perviz Bey of Andize. The Venetian admiral mistook the Ottomans and killed some soldiers and other men. However, when he understood that it was an Ottoman ship, he returned everything back and treated Perviz Bey friendly. The issue was seen at the court and the Venetian bailo agreed to pay 3 thousand guruş for the killed men. Thus, Perviz bey and his respresentatives agreed to close the case in the presence of the witnesses and judges. The money was paid by the representative of the bailo in full.
