It has been the case that such barrels and chests are registered in İskenderun but opened in Haleb. And their customs fees have been paid in Haleb .It has been suggested that barrels and chests should be opened in İskenderun when they arrive. However, when such barrels and chests opened, their transport could be hazardous for goods inside. Thus, there is possibility that merchants may suffer losses.
