Order sent to the beylerbeyi and kadı of Halebregarding the new Venetian consul of Haleb and defterdar of Haleb, Seyyid Ahmed. The new consul, whose goods had been seized by Seyyid Ahmed when Ahmed was the defterdar of Tripoli,stayed in Cyprus for two months and refused to go to Hale b since Seyyid Ahmed is now defterdar of Haleb. Upon the invitation letters of Ahmed with assurances, he finally came to Haleb but Ahmed and his kethüda did the same unjust confiscation as they had done before.Ottoman officials are asked to inquire this and prevent such unjust seizures.
